Prosecutor of the Vitebsk region Vadim Sushchinsky, together with the head of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Regional Executive Committee Ivan Kubrakov, inspected the state of readiness for the sowing campaign at a number of agricultural enterprises in the region.

In order to ensure the safety of state property during the preparation and conduct of the sowing campaign in the Vitebsk region, the Prosecutor of the region Vadim Sushchinsky, together with the Head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Regional Executive Committee Ivan Kubrakov, visited the Gorodok and Shumilino districts.

During the visit to KUSKhP named after Sverdlov of the Gorodok district, facts of mismanagement were revealed: seeders were scattered around the mechanical yard, agricultural machinery was in disrepair, fuel and lubricants for machinery were not accounted for, and relevant documentation was missing. The leadership of the regional prosecutor's office instructed the Gorodok District Department of Internal Affairs to conduct an inspection in accordance with Article 174 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Belarus, and the results have been taken under control.

KUSKhP "Sirotinsky" of the Shumilino district was also visited. During its inspection, no gross violations were found regarding the safety of agricultural machinery and its readiness for spring field work. During the visit, the regional prosecutor met with the staff of the enterprise and answered questions of interest to the employees.
