Prosecutors of the Vitebsk region are conducting an information campaign on fire safety in the subordinate territory

Given the negative trend in fires observed last year, including those resulting in fatalities, and in the current winter period, prosecutors from the region's supervisory authority, in addition to inspection activities, have taken an active stance on informing about the work done in this area. Relevant materials have been posted on the websites of local executive authorities and educational institutions, publications have appeared in the regional press, and press events have been organized and conducted, with oral presentations at meetings of the Council of Public Oversight Bodies.

Furthermore, a number of prosecutors (Vitebsk, Gorodok districts) participated in joint raid activities with the Ministry of Emergency Situations to inspect the housing of vulnerable citizens. During these raids, prosecutors conducted preventive discussions with residents of the households.

Work in this direction will continue.
