Decisions have been made to award with Honorary Diplomas of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee

For conscientious attitude to the performance of official duties, high performance in operational and service activities, the Honorary Diploma of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee was awarded to:

• Deragina Svetlana Vasilievna – senior inspector of the juvenile affairs inspectorate of the public security police of the internal affairs department of the administration of the Oktyabrsky district of Vitebsk, police major.

For many years of diligent work, high professionalism, significant personal contribution to the preservation and strengthening of the health of the population, the Honorary Diplomas of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee were awarded to:

• Zaitseva Svetlana Borisovna – head of the anesthesiology and resuscitation department of the healthcare institution "Vitebsk Regional Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital";
• Ladnov Valery Alekseevich – surgeon (head) of the department of the healthcare institution "Gorodok Central District Hospital";
• Leonovich Elena Gennadievna – chief physician of the healthcare institution "Vitebsk Regional Clinical Maternity Hospital";
• Sarzhitskaya Natalya Nikolaevna – head of the Vetrino district hospital of the state healthcare institution "Polotsk Central City Hospital".

For many years of diligent work in public administration bodies, active participation in public life, the Honorary Diplomas of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee were awarded to:

• Naumenko Anatoly Ivanovich – head of the organizational and personnel work department of the Dubrovno District Executive Committee;
• Shmatov Sergey Nikolaevich – deputy chairman of the committee for architecture and construction of the Vitebsk
