Decision of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee: 12 agricultural organizations from 8 districts have been additionally included in the region's agro-industrial associations

12 agricultural organizations from 8 districts have been additionally included in the agro-industrial associations of the Vitebsk region. The corresponding decision of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee has been published on the official website of the executive body.

The largest number of new participants has joined the agro-association based on UP "Gluboksky Dairy and Canned Food Plant". It includes OJSC "Agrovidzy" (Braslav district), OJSC "Dovatorsky" and "Zhviranka" (Sharkovshchinsky district), as well as OJSC "Chernevichi" (Gluboksky district). The agro-industrial association based on UP "Polotsk Dairy Plant" has expanded due to OJSC "Ilyushensky" (Ushachsky district), OJSC "Knyazh" (Gluboksky district), and OJSC "Nikolaevsky" (Miorsky district).

Two new participants each have been included in the structures based on OJSC "Vitebsk Meat Packing Plant" and UP "Orsha Meat Canning Plant" (OJSC "Lituzovo" and "Sinegorskoye" (Sennensky district), KSUP "Breeding Plant "Reconstructor" and OJSC "Slavnoye" (Tolochninsky district), respectively). OJSC "Kamaysky-Agro" has joined the association based on UP "Postavy Dairy Plant". The raw material zones of the agro-industrial associations have expanded due to the inclusion of new participants.

According to the Committee for Agriculture and Food of the Regional Executive Committee, these organizations previously planned to conclude agro-industrial association agreements, but could not resolve the necessary organizational issues by March 1, 2020.

In addition, by the same decision of the Regional Executive Committee, OJSC "Vitebskhlebprom" and OJSC "Malkovo" (Liozno district) have been excluded from the integration structures.

A total of 7 agro-industrial associations operate in the Vitebsk region, established by Decree No. 70 of February 25, 2020 "On the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Vitebsk Region" on the basis of OJSC "Verkhnedvinsk Butter and Cheese Factory", "Vitebsk Meat Packing Plant", "Moloko" of Vitebsk city, "Postavy Dairy Plant", UP "Gluboksky Dairy and Canned Food Plant", "Orsha Meat Canning Plant", "Polotsk Dairy Plant". 144 organizations operate within the integration structures.
