We congratulate you on the anniversary of the October Revolution!

The Great October Revolution marked the starting point for large-scale transformations in the world order. This landmark event inspired the working people with unprecedented enthusiasm and selfless labor, which, in turn, became a powerful impetus for the economic and social development of the young Soviet state.

Belarus, as a sovereign country, honors its history and continues the best traditions of the past, adhering to a socially oriented domestic policy. The country's economy is dynamically developing and restructuring, defense capability and national security are being strengthened.

In the Vitebsk region, targeted work is being carried out to strengthen the economy, develop social infrastructure, and create favorable living conditions for people. We strive to ensure that every resident of the region has the opportunity to realize their potential and contribute to the prosperity of their native land.

May on this momentous day, the sense of pride in our history, in our country, grow stronger in each of our hearts! May a careful attitude towards the memory of our ancestors, respect for their military and labor achievements become an unshakable foundation for our common future.
