Congratulations on the Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus!
The Basic Law of our country, adopted thirty-two years ago, opened a new chapter in the history of sovereign Belarus, gave a powerful impetus to the affirmation of the values of people's power, and became a worthy completion of the legal formation of statehood.
The Constitution enshrined the key aspects of the development of an independent republic: to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens, to preserve state unity, to care for the well-being of our native country, the security and inviolability of its borders, and became the basis for socio-economic transformations.
Life shows that a person's success is determined by their diligence, initiative, responsibility, and enterprise. Only through harmony and cohesion in society, and the ability to work diligently at the local level, can we solve the tasks set, reach certain heights, and make our region richer and stronger.
May the wisdom and justice enshrined in the lines of the Basic Law be our support in deeds and endeavors!
