Often, when making decisions, it is necessary to consider the human factor and life circumstances. The head of state has repeatedly emphasized that the law cannot cover all aspects. Therefore, when the need for help arises, decisions must be made that take into account all circumstances, as in today's case with pension payments. Yes, the applicant cannot influence the amount of social benefits for various reasons, but here the state helps with its compensation, – noted Vladimir Yurgevich.
He also stressed that all appeals will be carefully monitored so that citizens know that their problems have been heard.
