What issues did citizens raise during the direct telephone line conducted by the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor V.V. Sushchinsky?

On 02.06.2020, a direct telephone line was held with the Prosecutor of the Vitebsk region, V.V. Sushchinsky, which was attended by four people.

During the conversation with the regional prosecutor, citizens raised issues concerning the legality of court decisions in criminal and civil cases, decisions made by police officers within the framework of criminal procedure legislation, as well as compliance with the legislation on citizens' and legal entities' appeals.

All applicants received answers to their questions and explanations of the provisions of the current legislation.
