Make corrections. In Orsha, at an interdepartmental seminar, prosecutors and investigators discussed issues of investigative and judicial practice

On the initiative of the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, a series of interdepartmental training seminars for investigators and prosecutors of the region on issues of investigative and judicial practice has been launched.

The starting point was the Orsha district.

A training forum was held at the Orsha District Department of Internal Affairs for employees of the Investigative Committee units and prosecutor's offices of the Orsha, Tolochin, Dubrovno, Senno, and Chashniki districts.

During the training event, prosecutors and investigators discussed the specifics of investigating and reviewing criminal cases of crimes committed using computer technologies.

Typical errors in the investigation and review of criminal cases of crimes against traffic safety and vehicle operation, as well as problems in the qualification of certain types of crimes, were considered in detail.

The reasons for returning a criminal case for additional investigation and to the prosecutor to eliminate obstacles to its court review, and for presenting a new indictment in court, were discussed.

After the discussion, the seminar participants exchanged work experience and proposed the most optimal solutions to problems arising in law enforcement practice.
