Unfortunately, some experience misunderstanding in the family, distrust of each other, conflicts, indifference to child-rearing, solving problems or the illusion of escaping them through alcohol, which seemingly fosters permissiveness. As a consequence – a treatment and labor prophylactic institution. This is the life story of more than one person.

Citizens seeking advice on these issues addressed the Deputy Prosecutor of the Vitebsk Region, Guk Vladimir Ivanovich, who on October 26 held a reception for female citizens residing in treatment and labor prophylactic institution No. 9 in Vitebsk. Each of the applicants received an explanation of the procedure for considering the problem that arose on its merits and practical advice, taking into account the provisions of the legislation.

After the reception, Vladimir Ivanovich familiarized himself with the activities of the institution, the living and working conditions of the citizens in the LTP, who, in conversation, expressed a desire to return home as soon as possible and hope to start a new life.

Everyone builds their own happiness, and the path to it is not easy. It is important to draw the right conclusions, learn lessons from the past, and then there is a chance in the future.
