Six-story hotel building in Orsha offered for sale at auction
25.06.2026
Tourism is one of the most important areas of the region's economic activity.
Tourist activity has a direct and indirect impact on the development of a large number of related industries.
The largest hotel currently not in use is located in Orsha, at 12 Zadneprovskaya Street.
The property itself is a six-story hotel building with an area of 5000 sq.m. It also has a covered parking area of over 700 sq.m.
The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, near a river and a forest.
Initially, in Soviet times, it housed the sanatorium of the Orsha Flax Combine, where enterprise workers rested.
Later, in 2008, the building became a branch of the "Orsha" hotel, and a nightclub was also opened here. It was one of the most affordable places to stay in the city.
In 2018, major renovation of the premises was carried out on the 5th and 6th floors of the hotel.
Several years ago, the hotel branch was closed, and a decision was made to sell it at auction.
The new owner will be able to use the acquired property for a hotel, a shopping or entertainment center, a cafe, or a sports center.
In June, the hotel was offered for sale for 944 thousand rubles, but no buyers were found at this price.
The next auction for the hotel is scheduled for July, with a 50% reduction in the sale price.
More than 70 auctions are scheduled for July. All properties are offered for sale using the electronic trading platform (et.butb.by), where anyone can participate in the bidding from home.
Since the beginning of the year, the committee has already conducted 62 successful auctions. This has not only put idle state property to use for regional development but also replenished the state budget by 1.433 million rubles.
