The boarding school in Bogushevsk has been sold to a foreign investor

The development of tourism in the Vitebsk region is one of the key drivers for the economic and socio-cultural development of the regions.

It ensures the inflow of investments and influences the development of a large number of related industries.

Based on the proposals of the district executive committees of the region, a list of unused state property was formed, which is offered for tourism development. At the beginning of the year, this list included 116 real estate objects.

As of today, 17 objects have already found a new owner.

Thus, the largest of them was sold at electronic auctions. This is a sanatorium boarding school in the urban settlement of Богушевск, Sennensky district.

The total area of capital structures is over 5500 sq.m.

The buyer was a foreign investment company from Uzbekistan, which was the sole participant in the auction.

In the future, it is planned to use the facility for tourism and sanatorium treatment.

The sale price was 500 Belarusian rubles – 1 basic unit for each capital structure. According to the terms of sale, the new owner must organize activities within two years from the date of the purchase and sale agreement.
