Schedule for receiving citizens, individual entrepreneurs, and representatives of legal entities by the management of the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office

The Prosecutor of Vitebsk Region conducts personal reception of citizens by prior appointment with supervisory complaints against court decisions and complaints against the decisions of his deputies on the 1st Tuesday of the month from 8:00 to 13:00. On the 3rd Tuesday of the month, from 14:00 to 20:00.

Advance registration is carried out from 9:00 to 18:00 (lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00) by phone: 37-21-52, 37-69-72 and stops 3 working days before the scheduled appointment date.

Deputy regional prosecutors conduct personal reception of citizens with complaints against decisions of heads of departments, senior assistants of the regional prosecutor, prosecutors of cities and districts, Vitebsk transport prosecutor (after 18:00, reception by prior appointment)

Other prosecutor's office employees of the regional apparatus, in accordance with the schedules approved by the regional prosecutor, conduct personal reception of citizens daily on weekdays from 08:00 to 18:00 (with a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00). Outside working hours (from 18:00 to 20:00), reception is by prior appointment.

On weekends and public holidays, personal reception by prosecutor's office employees is held at the regional prosecutor's office from 09:00 to 14:00 without a lunch break.

At other times not specified in the schedule, a prosecutor's office employee receives citizens on supervised issues.

Schedule of reception of citizens, individual entrepreneurs and representatives of legal entities by employees of the Vitebsk Transport Prosecutor's Office

In case of transfer of working days to weekends, reception of citizens and legal entity representatives on these days is carried out by prosecutor's office employees, who are obliged to carry out reception on the transferred working days at the time specified in the schedule.

On weekends, non-working and public holidays, personal reception is held by prior appointment.

Prior appointment for reception is made by the head of the prosecutor's office registry, Koneva V.V., by phone: 33-33-36.

The district prosecutor and his deputy, in case of appeals from citizens arriving from rural settlements and other areas, receive them regardless of the time established by the schedule.

During personal reception, citizens are prohibited from using electronic recording devices without the permission of a prosecutor's office employee. Otherwise, the visitor may be denied reception or the reception may be terminated.
