Adherence to legality in the conscription of reserve officers

As part of the work carried out by the Vitebsk Regional Military Commissariat for the conscription of reserve officers into military service, on 16.06.2023, Andrey Sukhorukov, Senior Prosecutor of the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office Department for Supervision of Legislation Enforcement in the Troops, addressed the conscripted officers.

The prosecutor informed the officers about the work of the departments for supervision of legislation enforcement in the troops. He reminded the conscripted officers that in accordance with Article 57 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, the defense of the Republic of Belarus is the duty and sacred obligation of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus! He explained the provisions on responsibility for evasion of conscription measures for military service. He pointed out the need for precise and unquestioning fulfillment by the conscripted servicemen of the requirements of the general military regulations of the Armed Forces and other regulatory acts.

In addition, the prosecutor's office employee took part in the meeting of the attestation commission of the Vitebsk Regional Military Commissariat for the conscription of reserve officers into military service.
