An educational forum for prosecutors and investigators of the Vitebsk region was held

An interdepartmental educational and methodological seminar on "Topical Issues of Law Enforcement Practice at the Pre-Trial Stage of Criminal Proceedings" was held in Orsha.

The seminar was attended by employees of the Prosecutor General's Office, the Investigative Committee, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, representatives of the Vitebsk Regional Department of the Department of State Labor Inspectorate of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus, investigators and heads of investigative units of the region, and employees of internal affairs bodies.

During the training event, problematic issues arising in the resolution of applications and reports of crimes, the investigation of criminal cases related to violations of labor protection rules, as well as the investigation of criminal cases of high-tech crimes were highlighted.

Special attention was paid to the issues of organizing prosecutorial supervision over the enforcement of legislation on operational-search activities.

Based on the results of the discussion, the participants developed a unified algorithm for interaction between the силового блока departments and proposed the most optimal solutions to emerging problems.
