Committed burglary: Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office initiated a criminal case

The Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office has initiated a criminal case against a resident of Dubrovno – he is accused of secret property theft (larceny) committed by breaking and entering into a dwelling.

According to the case materials, on July 25, 2023, between 07:00 and 12:00, a 52-year-old man, while intoxicated, entered the house located on one of the streets in Dubrovno, where his acquaintance has been living for a long time, and secretly stole the radio receiver belonging to the latter.

The value of the stolen property amounted to 48 rubles. The man's unlawful actions are qualified under Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

For the purpose of organizing preliminary investigation, the criminal case has been sent to the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus for the Vitebsk Region.
