The stadium in Vitebsk was sold at auction for 343 thousand rubles
The stadium, located on Stakhanovskaya Street in Vitebsk, along with the shooting range building, became the most expensive property sold by the State Property Committee of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee in September.
The stadium, with an area of over 10,000 sq. m., was built in 1973 and was used for amateur football.
Until 2017, it belonged to the enterprise "Vitebskdrev", and later it was used by the "Komsomolets" Children and Youth Sports School of the Olympic Reserve.
On September 25, the stadium was put up for electronic auction by the committee for the first time, and a buyer was immediately found.
The new owner is a football club from Vitebsk.
In the future, after reconstruction, a physical culture and sports complex for professional football will be created here.
In total, since the beginning of the year, the committee has conducted 101 successful auctions. The state budget has been replenished by 3.304 million rubles.
For October, the committee has already scheduled 80 auctions for the sale of unused state property, most of which are offered with an initial price equal to one base unit.
