Land Management Department: Work continues in the Vitebsk region on the implementation of new legislation on land protection and use.
For the first half of 2023, the division of 3 land plots for the construction and maintenance of residential buildings in Braslavsky, Vitebsky, and Dokshitsky districts has been permitted.
Across the region, the change of the intended purpose of 23 land plots provided for personal subsidiary farming has been permitted, with a total value of 12549.53 rubles. The largest number of these is in Braslavsky district – 8, where permission has also been granted for the provision of an additional land plot obtained as a result of an auction. In Vitebsky district, three owners of land plots totaling 605 rubles have been permitted to alienate them before obtaining documents certifying the right to capital structures.
For 3 plots in the city of Vitebsk and 3 plots in Vitebsky district, transactions for the alienation of land plots acquired by citizens registered as needing housing improvement within 5 years from the date of registration of a residential building have been permitted, with a total value of 37199.74 rubles.
With the application of reducing coefficients to the cadastral value, 89 land plots have been acquired by citizens into private ownership for a total amount of 137784.6 rubles. Land plots were acquired into private ownership with the application of a reducing coefficient of 0.5 in Beshenkovichsky (7), Braslavsky (10), Verkhnedvinsky (1), Vitebsky (27), Gorodoksky (3), Lepelsky (6), Miorsky (2), Polotsky (22), Postavsky (5), and Ushachsky (1) districts, and the city of Vitebsk (5) – with a reducing coefficient of 0.8.
Since the entry into force of the new edition of the Land Code of the Republic of Belarus and Article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2022, No. 195-Z "On Amendments to Codes," 74 decisions have been made in the region to legalize illegally occupied land plots, totaling 113953.33 rubles.
In horticultural associations for collective gardening, 39 land plots have been provided to citizens based on actual use, with the largest number in Vitebsky district – 12, and Braslavsky district – 8.
