We'll burst into summer together: PSU named after P. Masherov welcomes young guests

On the eve of Children's Day, schoolchildren visited PSU Named After P. Masherov, where an interesting program was prepared for them.

The children were welcomed by Olga Obukhova, director of the regional branch of the Belarusian Children's Fund. She noted that summer is not only a fun time but also a period when one needs to be very attentive to the surrounding world.

– A lot of new things await you ahead. You will rest so that you can return to your desks in September with renewed energy. I wish you to spend these holidays having fun and productively. But don't forget about safety! To help you navigate potential problems, we have prepared educational videos, – said Olga Obukhova.

The summer fun was kicked off by the PSU theater studio, which presented an interactive play. The main characters were a girl named Masha who dreams of adventures. She finds herself in the magical land of Fixieland, meets the Fixies, and attends school with her new friends. Together with the children in the audience, Masha learned how to call rescuers, save electricity, sort waste, and understood that one should not share personal information with strangers on social networks.

After the performance, the lively group shared their impressions and took memorable photos.

During the event, a collection of gifts was organized for orphans from the Vitebsk Regional Specialized Children's Home and the children's social shelter of the educational institution "Socio-Pedagogical Center of Vitebsk District."
