A new kindergarten has been opened in Orsha
Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee Alexander Rogozhnik, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Belarus – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region Vladimir Yurgievich took part in the grand opening of the new kindergarten No. 47 in Orsha.
The new social facility is located in the microdistrict at the intersection of Vladimir Lenin Street and Vissarion Belinsky Street. The most modern conditions have been created here for 175 children.
The institution is equipped with 9 groups, including a group for children under 2 years of age. A particular source of pride is its own swimming pool. In addition, for the harmonious development of the pupils, there are sports and music halls, a computer game room, and an art studio.
The institution is built according to a standard design, similar to the best modern kindergartens in the Republic of Belarus.
The construction of the facility was carried out from December 2023 by the general contractor – OJSC "Orsha Construction Trust No. 18".
Financing was carried out through funds from the district budget, a loan from OJSC "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus", as well as the regional budget and own funds of the Capital Construction Department of the Orsha District.
Alexander Rogozhnik presented the head of the kindergarten, Svetlana Kazakevich, with a gift certificate for the purchase of equipment for the swimming pool.
The culmination of the celebration was the handover of the symbolic key from the General Director of "Orsha Construction Trust No. 18", Sergey Semkov, to the head of the preschool institution.
– The opening of this kindergarten is a real embodiment of the state's care for family and motherhood. Now, the residents of the microdistrict have a modern, safe, and fully equipped place for the development of their children, – noted the Chairman of the Orsha District Executive Committee Leonid Moizhik.
In the Orsha district, 96 educational institutions are operating. The provision of places for preschool children is 101.2% with a norm of 85%. The new kindergarten No. 47 will further strengthen this infrastructure.
