The foundation is the safety of the younger generation: representatives of the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office met with teachers and parents of students of Gymnasium No. 2 in Vitebsk

Deputy Prosecutor of Vitebsk Region Vladimir Guk and Senior Prosecutor of the Department of the Regional Prosecutor's Office Dmitry Orekhva met with the teaching staff and the active members of the parent committee of all classes of the State Educational Institution "Gymnasium No. 2 of Vitebsk".

During the meeting, issues of organizing educational and preventive work with the gymnasium students were discussed.

At the same time, the prosecutors drew attention to ensuring the safety of minors, the inadmissibility of adolescents committing offenses and involving them in antisocial behavior, including during non-study hours and during the upcoming autumn vacation period, and the role of teachers and parents in this area.

Issues of preventing crimes related to illicit drug trafficking and information security of students were also discussed.

Due to the diversity of information resources and the active use of the global computer network the Internet, representatives of the supervisory authority oriented the attendees to obtain the necessary legal and other information of interest only from official sources.
