Prevention is at the core. A representative of the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office met with students of Secondary School No. 11 and their parents

A series of meetings between a prosecutor and eighth-grade students and their parents has been organized at Secondary School No. 11 in Vitebsk.

The purpose of the meeting is the prevention and warning of crimes and other offenses among youth.

During the discussion, the prosecutor highlighted issues concerning the grounds for bringing minors to criminal liability, categories of crimes, and provided examples of investigative and judicial practice. Issues of illegal drug trafficking among youth and committing crimes through the use of the global computer network Internet were also discussed separately.

At the same time, attention was drawn to cases where minors themselves become victims of criminal encroachments.

After the discussion, the representative of the supervisory authority answered the questions received.

Preventive work with students will continue.
