Vasily Pashkovsky, Head of the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office Department for Supervision of Compliance with Legislation by Criminal Enforcement and Compulsory Enforcement Bodies, visited the "Therapeutic and Labor Preventive Center No. 4" in Vitebsk.

The purpose is educational and preventive work with an anti-drug focus.

During the visit, the representative of the supervisory authority held a meeting with citizens residing in the institution, raised topical issues of preventing and suppressing illicit drug trafficking, explained the legal consequences of illegal activities in this criminal sphere, and answered incoming questions.

After the discussion, he held preventive talks with the administration of the institution, and additionally studied the conditions of detention of persons in the TLC, their living arrangements, and the medical and psychological assistance provided to them.
