On the eve of the New Year and Christmas holidays, the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office congratulated 85 children from orphan categories of the educational institution "Vitebsk City Children's Home".

Deputy Prosecutor of the Vitebsk Region, G.A. Korenko, addressed the children with congratulations. The children were presented with New Year's gifts – toys, board games, sports equipment (balls, tennis sets, etc.), and household appliances were also donated to the home – a vacuum cleaner and an iron. A festive New Year's concert, organized by the pupils of the home, took place. It should be noted that 2016 is a jubilee year for the children's home – 70 years since its establishment. Throughout this long period, the heads of the institution and their teams have done a tremendous job of ensuring the rights of children from orphan categories, surrounding them with care, attention, and warmth.
