A master class on studying the methodology of systematization in the prosecutor's offices was held at the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office
Margarita Kursevich, prosecutor of the expert and legal department of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Belarus, held a master class on studying the methodology of systematization in the prosecutor's offices of the northern region.
This type of educational practical training has been conducted for the first time by the Prosecutor General's Office. The prosecutor's office of the Vitebsk region became the starting experimental platform.
Senior assistants and assistants of prosecutors of cities and districts of the region took an active part in the event, including via videoconferencing.
Opening the seminar, acting prosecutor of the Vitebsk region Alexander Sidorovich emphasized the significance and relevance of the work carried out by the prosecutor's offices on systematization of legislation at the local level, and gave examples from practical law enforcement activities.
Margarita Kursevich informed about the main requirements of the Prosecutor General's Office in this area, while focusing on the verification activities carried out in the regions and their results.
In addition to the informational block, a practical session was also held – a master class from the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Belarus. Using her personal example, the prosecutor of the expert and legal department demonstrated how to systematize legislation on paper. After that, she checked the work done by those present at the seminar in the hall, as well as those who were in the studios. The practical session took place in a live dialogue, active communication, and genuine interest.
Following the results of the training event, Margarita Kursevich thanked her colleagues from the northern region for their worthy preparation for the seminar and active participation in it.
