A republican seminar-meeting was held at the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office

The event was attended by Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Belarus Dubov A.V., heads of structural divisions of the central office of the department Maltsev A.V., Popova M.V., Karprienya O.G., Semenikhin M.A., as well as deputy prosecutors of regions and the city of Minsk, heads of departments for supervision over the enforcement of legislation and the legality of legal acts of the prosecutor's offices of regions and the city of Minsk, prosecutors of cities and districts of the Vitebsk region, and employees of the regional office.

Opening the seminar, Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Belarus Dubov A.V. emphasized the significance and relevance of effective supervision over the enforcement of legislation and the legality of legal acts. He drew attention to the main trends in this area of supervision and provided examples.

In their speeches, the heads of structural divisions of the Prosecutor General's Office highlighted current issues in the organization of analytical and supervisory activities of the prosecutor's offices, and supervision in the economic and social spheres.

After the speakers' presentations, the seminar participants exchanged experiences and discussed the current practices in the regions in a live dialogue.

Summing up the seminar, the Prosecutor of the Vitebsk Region, Senior Justice Counselor Sushchinsky V.V., thanked everyone present for their active participation in the training event and expressed confidence that holding similar events will contribute to the development of the corporate spirit of the republic's prosecutor corps, further activation and effectiveness of the supervisory department's activities in various spheres, and the achievement of high results in strengthening legality and law and order in the supervised territory.
