The focus is on preventing corruption

In order to foster an atmosphere of intolerance towards manifestations of corruption in society, to increase legal literacy and to develop knowledge and skills of anti-corruption behavior among the population, the prosecutor's offices of the Vitebsk region conducted an information campaign in April – May 2022.

Within the framework of the campaign, preventive work was intensified to explain the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of 15.07.2015
No. 305-Z "On Combating Corruption" in state organizations, educational institutions, labor collectives, as well as interaction with the media regarding the placement of anti-corruption publications.

In total, within the framework of the campaign, prosecutors made 52 reports and lectures, and published 15 written materials.

The most active participation in the information campaign was taken by prosecutors from Beshenkovichi, Verkhnedvinsk, Glubokoe, Polotsk, Lepel districts and the city of Orsha.

The work of the prosecutor's offices of the Vitebsk region to increase legal literacy and develop knowledge and skills of anti-corruption behavior among the population will be continued.
