A meeting of the presidium of the regional trade union association was held in Vitebsk
– The region's trade unions have contributed to the implementation of the agreement's provisions, – commented Vladimir Ospanov, Head of the Social Partnership and Labor Relations Department of the regional trade union association. – We are working on the set tasks and will continue to implement our plans. We will pay attention to everyone: both the older generation and children. We do not forget our workers, we provide them with support and create safe working conditions.
The trilateral regional agreement for the new period was concluded on June 10 and includes a work program for 2025-2027. Within its framework, a set of measures is being implemented to ensure the social and legal protection of the region's population. The ongoing trade union monitoring allows for the timely identification of problematic issues in the areas of remuneration, employment, and social guarantees, and for taking necessary measures to resolve them jointly with social partners.
Trade unions pay attention to the health improvement of workers and their family members. Significant work is being done to popularize working professions and identify talented youth.
The presidium discussed a set of events for the Day of the Elderly and the holding of the XIII inter-industry sports games of the Vitebsk region trade unions, dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the FPB.
