Live and learn

Representatives of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Belarus, prosecutor's offices of regions and the city of Minsk, as well as assistants of city and district prosecutors supporting the state prosecution in court and supervising the legality of court decisions in criminal cases of the Brest and Grodno regions took part in the seminar.

The delegation from the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office also took an active role in the seminar.

The purpose of the seminar was to improve the professional knowledge of prosecutors supporting the state prosecution in court, improve the quality of their theoretical and practical training, as well as exchange experience in organizing work and law enforcement.

The target audience and topics of the seminar were chosen based on the most pressing issues in supervising the legality of court decisions in criminal cases and the changes occurring in the legislation of the criminal law sphere.

The seminar was conducted in a sufficiently interesting way in terms of its multifaceted nature and the possibility of applying the information received in practice.

In addition, its warm and friendly atmosphere was pleasing.
