"Vitebskoblimushchestvo": six historical and cultural heritage sites put up for auction in April
A total of 50 auctions have been scheduled by the committee for April, with almost half of them having a starting price equal to one base unit. Among them are six cultural heritage sites.
The Carmelite Monastery in Glubokoye and the station house in the village of Pogrebienka, Sennensky district, can be acquired at auction for a base unit. Winery, Vitebsk, Pokrovskaya St., 7.
Also offered for sale are a winery on Pokrovskaya Street and an administrative building on 1-ya Krasnobrigadnaya Street in Vitebsk, a spirit distillery in the agro-town of Plamya, Sennensky district, and a noble estate in the village of Vidzy-Lovchinskie, Braslavsky district.
The largest of the production facilities offered in April is the complex of buildings and structures of a flax processing plant located in the agro-town of Podsvile, Gluboksky district. The total area of all buildings in the complex is over 34 thousand sq.m. The complex includes an administrative and utility building, a water tower, drying rooms, a material warehouse, a transformer substation, a production building, a boiler room, vehicle scales, a fuel oil pumping station, and a checkpoint. All real estate objects are offered for 24 base units.
In the first three months of this year, the committee sold 37 objects at auction. This has not only replenished the state budget by 262 thousand rubles but also brought unused objects into economic circulation.
The most expensive object sold this year is warehouses in Polotsk on Gagarin Street, which were put up for auction for a base unit and sold for 73 thousand rubles during the bidding. Also in Polotsk, the traffic police building on Uritskogo Street was sold for 61 thousand rubles.
