"Vitebskoblimushchestvo": 95 auctions for the sale of unused state property have been scheduled for March of the current year

Another successful auction resulted in the sale of the former post station building in the village of Grishany, Orsha district. The new owner is a resident of Orsha, who acquired the property for just one base value.

The post station, built in the late 19th century, is a historical and cultural value. According to the terms of sale, the new owner must reconstruct the building within three years and use it for entrepreneurial activities.

In the first two months of this year, the committee has already held 19 successful auctions, with the state budget replenished by 245 thousand rubles.

As of March 2023, the committee has scheduled 95 auctions, of which 70 auctions have an initial price set at one base value.

As before, social facilities constitute the largest share: these are schools, kindergartens, and houses of culture – 44 such facilities. There are also many trade facilities – 14 shops are offered for sale.

The largest of the offered facilities is the complex of buildings of the former gymnasium in Beshenkovichi, with an area of 4500 sq.m. The starting price is 5 base values.

The unfinished polyclinic building at Bogdan Khmelnitsky Street in Vitebsk, with an area of 1800 sq.m., is being put up for auction again. The property is also offered at auction for one base value, but the buyer will need to reimburse the costs of its reconstruction.
