"Vitebskoblimushchestvo": 53 unaccounted real estate objects and violations in leasing state property were identified in 2022

The Committee conducted inspections of 4 business entities in 2022 and participated in an inspection of 1 government body carried out by the Vitebsk Regional Committee of State Control.

During the inspections, 53 unaccounted-for assets subject to inclusion in economic circulation were identified, as well as areas of 300 sq.m. used by third-party organizations without lease agreements.

Based on the established violations, 6 officials were brought to administrative responsibility. Additionally, 11 officials were disciplined for violations of the law.

In 2022, control measures focused on preventive and precautionary actions aimed at preventing offenses.

In 2022, the committee conducted 5 monitoring activities regarding the use and disposal of state property, involving 19 entities. Of these, 14 were related to assets sold at auction for a base value, and 5 entities were related to demolished assets.

As a result of the monitoring activities, recommendations were issued to rectify the identified violations.
