Understand the problem and help
Prosecutor's offices work 24/7 on the problems of the population, receiving citizens, handling written and oral appeals with requests for advice, clarification, and resolution of pressing issues. Each person requires an individual approach, but one thing remains constant – to listen, to understand, to help.
In March of the current year, a 74-year-old resident of the agro-town of Verkhnedvinsk district appealed to the district prosecutor's office. He has no close relatives nearby, is a Group I disabled person himself, and is simply unable to resolve his daily issues independently, without external assistance or support.
During a personal meeting, he told the prosecutor about his long-standing concern – a leaking roof.
The prosecutor listened attentively to the applicant, examined all arguments, and instructed the relevant state bodies to promptly investigate. The issue has been placed under special control.
Soon, the supervisory authority of the region received a letter of gratitude from the applicant, his problem has been resolved.
After all, it is important to know that you are not alone with your troubles, big or small.
