A resident of the region met a young guy online, a resident of one of the countries of the former socialist camp. A stormy correspondence began, fairy-tale promises, and much more wonderful… He even promised to marry her. But, as usually happens, the guy had "financial problems", and he started talking about it to his beloved. Under various pretexts, he began to ask for money, naturally, promising to return everything as soon as he got on his feet. She, in turn, began to transfer almost her last savings to him, fortunately, the amounts were not large. She even transferred money for the latter's visit to our Republic of Belarus.

After some time, the couple got together, and even lived together for some time. But the young man's "financial problems" naturally did not go away. He even persuaded her to exchange her two-room apartment for a one-room apartment with a surcharge, which was subsequently done. All the money from the surcharge A. transferred to her beloved, who said that he would return everything, that they would be together, everything would be fine, the wedding is soon. But as soon as he received the money, he immediately left for his homeland, breaking off all contact, and never got in touch again.

How surprised A. was when she saw her "beloved" with another woman and daughter on one of the social network pages.

The regional prosecutor's office has initiated a criminal case against the "beloved" under Part 4 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (fraud committed on a particularly large scale, i.e., damage exceeding 1000 basic units). So expensive love can be in our country.

The sanction of the article provides for punishment from three to ten years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.

You won't get far on a "lie".

Forgery, manufacture, use or sale of forged documents, stamps, seals, forms, i.e., a crime,

provided for by Art. 380 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus is quite common. We would especially like to focus on the forgery of registration documents for vehicles.

Recently, there has been an increase in cases of purchasing vehicles in the Russian Federation with forged numbers, altered or welded identification numbers, and documents "printed" on a printer. It is unclear why people acquiring vehicles do not deregister them in the Russian Federation and register them in the Republic of Belarus.

For example, one of the residents of the N. region decided to give his daughter a car as a birthday present. A great idea, and how pleasant it is to receive not some trinket, but a car. For this purpose, our hero went to Russia. There, he took a liking to a car. He thought for a long time, apparently, something about the seller's offer bothered him, but considering the price, which was significantly lower than in our republic, he decided to purchase it anyway. It was already evening, the car owner assured that the car could be re-registered at any convenient time, and it was too late today. N. agreed. In the morning, the gift was in his daughter's hands, who could not stop rejoicing over the expensive toy.

Everything would have been fine, if not for a minor accident, nothing serious. But upon detailed examination of the car documents by traffic police officers, they did not "like" them very much. As a result, the examination showed that the car documents were forged, the identification number was welded, and the car was on the wanted list as stolen. That's how "great" the joy turned out to be.

Therefore, we want to warn citizens to remain vigilant, especially when buying cars in the Russian Federation. If you have decided to purchase a car, pay attention to the simplest security features – security mesh, watermarks, and so on, and it is best not to be lazy and contact the police authorities to check the car against databases, and deregister it in the Russian Federation. It is better to wait a little than to be left without your iron horse.

When a person has nothing to do, as the saying goes, they start looking for trouble. And if they're under the influence, then there's no avoiding adventures, and the "new adventures of Shurik" begin.

This is what happened to one of the residents of the region, B. He had not worked anywhere for a long time, but since his wife worked and his parents helped, his "Hollywood" began in the morning, after his wife went to work. First, beer, beer without vodka is money down the drain, and besides, it was somehow boring to be alone in the house. So he decided to "have fun." While others might do one thing, he decided to call the police. During the conversation, our "hero" began to boast that he would blow up the school and kindergarten in his settlement, shoot the police officers, and hung up the phone. Thanks to modern technologies, the false minter was found very quickly. Police officers in appropriate service attire, after a short period, were already at the doorstep of B.'s house, who by this time was "tired" and fast asleep. The "minter" was detained, and fortunately, no explosive devices were found. The sobered-up B. could not clearly explain his behavior. As it was subsequently established, the false minter had repeatedly been brought to administrative responsibility under Article 17.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (knowingly false report), but in previous cases without threats being made.

The regional prosecutor's office has initiated a criminal case against B. under Part 1 of Article 340 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (knowingly false report of an impending explosion that poses a danger to human life and health). The sanction of the article provides for punishment of up to five years of imprisonment.

It should be noted that the specified crime is considered completed from the moment the information is received by the relevant recipient, therefore, criminal liability arises solely for uttering threats.
