Issues of state property use are under control

For the first half of the year, the committee conducted 32 monitoring activities and 2 inspections of business entities.

During the inspections conducted, the following were identified: 7 unrecorded assets; areas of 33 sq.m. used by third-party organizations without lease agreements; unused areas of 79.2 sq.m. were not provided for placement on the Internet; under-received rental payments amounting to 0.26 thousand rubles were recovered.

Based on the results of the control measures, 9 assets were registered for the amount of 85.6 thousand rubles.

In the first half of 2023, the committee conducted 9 monitoring activities regarding the use and disposal of state property concerning 32 entities, of which 3 monitoring activities (15 entities) were related to ensuring control by district executive committees over the full fulfillment by property acquirers of the terms of real estate sale and purchase agreements.

Based on the established facts of violations, 3 officials and 2 legal entities were brought to administrative responsibility under Article 24.17 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus.
