Issues of state property use were discussed at a regional seminar in the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee

On April 27, the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee organized a seminar at the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee on the topic "Issues of Use and Disposal of Property Owned by the Vitebsk Region and its Administrative-Territorial Units".

The seminar was held via video conference with all districts of the region. Deputy chairmen of district executive committees, committees and departments of the regional executive committee, as well as specialists dealing with issues of state property use, took part in it.

The seminar was opened by the Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee, Matskevich O.S., who emphasized the importance of working with state property as one of the main reserves for the economic development of the region.

The seminar was conducted in a dialogue format, during which many current practical problems were discussed. A number of issues were considered, in particular: features of legislation on the disposal of state property, issues of gratuitous transfer of property to private ownership, sale for a basic unit, involvement in economic circulation, issues of corporate governance and disposal of shares, issues of maintaining a Unified Register, issues of state property valuation, issues of transformation and merger of state enterprises, and others.
