Issues of supervision in the field of minors and environmental legislation were discussed at the regional prosecutor's office

A training seminar on issues of supervision in the sphere of minors and environmental legislation was held at the regional prosecutor's office. The event was attended by employees of city and district prosecutor's offices of the region, as well as representatives of related structures. The event was held in a live dialogue mode and simultaneously in video conferencing mode with the heads of regional supervisory departments on the ground.

The issues of land protection and use, existing problems in law enforcement practice were discussed. The attention of the seminar participants was focused on the presence of sand quarries in the regions, ensuring the safety of people, including children, at these sites.

Issues in the sphere of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of minors were also considered in detail: features of the organization of work of coordination councils for the implementation of Decree No. 18, methods for checking the effectiveness of departmental control, and the results of verification activities.

The main aspects of the effectiveness of checking children's employment in educational, sports, and tourism institutions were discussed separately.

Following the training seminar, participants exchanged views and experience of practical activities in these areas.
