It all started with a photo

Thus, Sokolov, being an active Internet user, posted his profile with a photo on a dating site. Knowing that criminal liability is provided for in the Republic of Belarus for the distribution and advertising of materials of a pornographic nature, he nevertheless published a photo of such content on the site, realizing that his profile was open to public view. He explained his actions by the fact that due to the specificity of the site, the posted photo would not cause any indignation among users.

Furthermore, upon detention on suspicion of committing the aforementioned crime, a disability certificate of the second group in the name of one Makarov (surname changed by the author) was found during a personal search. This certificate was found by Stepanov about 3 years ago, which the latter had completely forgotten about. And then, 2 years later, while cleaning, the previously found certificate caught Stepanov's eye. As a result, the latter had the idea to use it for personal needs. Being a person with an education in the specialty "Mathematics. Informatics," there is no doubt that Stepanov could have used his knowledge in practice. Thus, using the "Photoshop" program, he made some manipulations to forge a photo with a seal imprint. Stepanov understood that by using a forged document, he was committing a crime, but nevertheless continued his criminal activity.

Stepanov fully repents of the committed acts and admits guilt. As a result of everything, for the acts committed by the latter, he was sentenced to imprisonment with a suspended sentence.

And it all started with a photo... Thus, before exposing your personal life to public view, you should think a thousand times about which part of it is better to hide.
