Meeting with the staff of JSC «Vityaz»

Prosecutor of the Department of the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office for Supervision of Legislation Compliance by Criminal Enforcement and Compulsory Enforcement Bodies, D.V. Ploskunov, delivered a report to the work collective of OJSC "Vityaz" on the progress and results of the investigation into the criminal case of the genocide of the population of Belarus during the Great Patriotic War and the post-war period. He placed particular emphasis on the numerous settlements destroyed during punitive operations, the low moral qualities of individuals who collaborated with the occupiers, and the significance of the connection between eras – the wartime era and the present day.

The prosecutor also highlighted issues of legislation compliance in the execution of deductions of amounts due from debtors by the accounting departments of organizations that pay income to debtors under enforcement documents, and on liability for violation of established requirements.
