The Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office held another regular meeting of the attestation commission, which was attended by Lyudmila Radkova, Senior Prosecutor of the Human Resources and Ideological Work Department of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Belarus.

Three prosecutor's office employees from the Polotsk and Dubrovno district prosecutor's offices were subject to attestation. All employees were attested, taking into account the remarks and suggestions made for improving supervisory activities.

"A prosecutor in the district should be seen, heard, and there should be a desire to listen to them," Lyudmila Anatolyevna said, addressing the attendees. The employee of the Prosecutor General's Office focused the commission members' attention on the issues of the quality of practical assistance to young employees, the conduct of practical training and professional development, the effectiveness of the zonal principle of the regional apparatus's activities, and thanked them for their work.

In turn, Vadim Sushchinsky, the Prosecutor of the Vitebsk Region, oriented the subordinates of the team entrusted to him towards choosing a balanced approach and reasonable balance in their work, while emphasizing the importance of a prosecutor's broad outlook on the issues and solutions in a specific area of supervision.

In total, 10 commission meetings have been held during the past period, and 44 prosecutor's office employees have been reviewed and attested.
