The key to success is continuous professional growth
The specifics of prosecutorial service and the public significance of the tasks assigned to the prosecutor's offices, as well as the diversity of supervisory activities, impose high demands on the professional training of prosecutors.
In order to ensure the proper level of their professional training, a system of training, retraining, and professional development for prosecutors operates within the prosecutor's offices.
One form of retraining is the training of prosecutors at the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus.
Thus, at the end of June this year, diplomas on retraining in the specialty "State Administration and Prosecutorial Supervision" were awarded to the Head of the Department of the Regional Prosecutor's Office for Supervision of Legislation Compliance by Criminal Enforcement and Compulsory Enforcement Bodies, Pashkovsky Vasily Ivanovich, and the Senior Assistant Prosecutor of the Region for Supervision of Legislation Compliance on Crime Prevention and Other Offenses, Kolpakova Natalia Leonidovna.
We are confident that the knowledge acquired during their studies will help them continue to perform their official duties at a high professional level. After all, the competence and professionalism of the prosecutorial corps are one of the conditions for the effective and efficient operation of the prosecutor's offices, and a guarantee of successful task completion.
