Deputy Prosecutor of Vitebsk Region Georgy Korenko held an on-site reception of citizens at an electrical communication enterprise in the urban-type settlement of Sharkovshchina, Vitebsk Region.

During the reception, several people approached the Deputy Regional Prosecutor with questions concerning the resolution of disputed contractual relations, specifically regarding the termination of a construction loan agreement, nuances of debt obligations between individuals, recognition of social media correspondence between a creditor and a debtor as evidence of money transfer, the legality of demanding debt repayment, as well as disagreements with the decision to refuse to initiate criminal proceedings regarding property theft.

Explanations of the legislation were provided in response to the received appeals.
