Meeting of the Regional Council on Labor and Social Issues

Today, a meeting of the regional council on labor and social issues was held at the regional executive committee, chaired by the Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Anzhelika Nikitina.

Three issues were on the agenda:

- On personnel retention in agricultural organizations of the Vitebsk region.

- On the creation of primary trade union organizations in small organizations of the Vitebsk region.

- On the approval of the work plan of the regional council on labor and social issues for 2025.

The issue of personnel retention in agricultural organizations is very important. First of all, it is necessary to pay attention to how the state order system for vacancies in agricultural organizations works. And for high-quality retention of young specialists, it is necessary to ensure decent living and working conditions. In 2024, 225 specialists with secondary vocational education and 768 with vocational and technical education were hired by agricultural organizations.
