The regional stage of the republican competition for young employees of enterprises, organizations, and educational institutions of the country "SuperProfi-2025" brought together over 60 participants from different regions of the Vitebsk region.

The Day of National Unity became not only a festive date for some young families of the Vitebsk region, but also a lucky day – on September 17, 17 girls and 14 boys were born in healthcare facilities of our region.

The republican campaign "Women at Harvest-2025", dedicated to women workers in the agricultural sector, was held with great fanfare in the Verkhnedvinsk district. The focus was on heads of departments, foremen, agronomists, cooks, accountants, and field workers – those who, through their labor, ensure a reliable rear for the harvesting campaign and the country's food security.

A grand Forum of patriotic forces, dedicated to the Day of National Unity and organized by the Headquarters of Patriotic Forces, was held at the capital's Palace of Sports. Delegations from all regions of the country arrived, including 150 people from the Vitebsk region, led by the Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee, Vyacheslav Durnov: representatives of government bodies, political parties, public organizations, enterprises from various fields of activity, and youth.

On the eve of the professional holiday – Forest Worker's Day, which is traditionally celebrated on the third Sunday of September, 85 of the best foresters of the region were awarded in Vitebsk.

On the Day of National Unity, the Square of the National Flag of the Republic of Belarus is solemnly opened in Orsha.

At the meeting of the presidium of the regional trade union association, issues of fulfilling the provisions of the Agreement between the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, the Vitebsk Regional Union of Employers, and the Vitebsk Regional Trade Union Association for 2025-2027 were discussed, based on the results of the work for the first half of 2025.

In Lepel, a sports event was held for the first time among members of public organizations and political parties, dedicated to the Day of National Unity.

He gathered representatives of all regions, political parties, and public associations at the Summer Amphitheater.

The event was attended by Olga Lapatinskaya, Rector of the Vitebsk Regional Institute for the Development of Education, Irina Drozdova, Head of the Education Department of the Polotsk District Executive Committee, as well as representatives of Polotsk State University named after Euphrosyne of Polotsk, and Chinese language teachers from the city's schools.
